Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. WITH THE ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS FROM DC TOOLING SOLUTIONS, LLC, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement”) governs the acceptance of goods/services purchased and received by any Purchaser (the “Purchaser”) from DC Tooling Solutions, LLC. DC Tooling Solutions offers goods/services for purchase and this Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below. DC Tooling Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or revised Agreement on the official business website, www.dctoolingsolutions.com. Changes or revisions that have been made are indicated by the date noted on the top of this Agreement. The changed or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted. Your purchase of any goods/services following the posting of any such changes to the revised Agreement will constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions. DC Tooling Solutions, LLC encourages you to review the current Agreement frequently to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions governing the use of DC Tooling Solutions, LLC for any goods/services. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with DC Tooling Solutions, LLC for other goods or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate services with DC Tooling Solutions, LLC in writing and print this Agreement and keep it for future reference.

TERMS

Products- DC Tooling Solutions, LLC offers for sale certain goods (the "Goods") and/or services (the “Services”) and by accepting any goods/service, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Modifications to the service and prices- We make every effort to keep prices consistent and competitive for our customers, but Vendor (the “Vendor”) prices for goods/services are subject to change without notice to DC Tooling Solutions, LLC, therefore, prices to the Purchaser are also subject to change without notice.

Payment- Payment for all invoices are due at time of delivery unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. Invoices with a past balance may be subject to a 1.5 % interest per month.

Sales Tax- Deliveries within the state of Texas will have sales tax added, unless a current sales tax exemption form is on file in our office.

Returns- All returns must be approved, in advance, via email to dctoolingsolutions@yahoo.com written approval must be given. No returns on custom tooling orders (items not carried in stock).

Termination of Services- The Purchaser may cancel this service delivery agreement at any time by providing written notice to DC Tooling Solutions, LLC and after all pre-ordered product has been delivered, invoiced and payment has been received. DC Tooling Solutions, LLC also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
